The statistical population of the research was 2128 students of Farhangian University of South Khorasan in 2023, of which 319 students were included in the study by stratified sampling method. The data collection tools included Farahbakhsh's emotional adjustment questionnaires (2013), Chirian and Afroz's spiritual vitality (2015), and Kaviani's Islamic lifestyle (2016). SPSS-26 software and Pearson correlation test and multiple regression were used in data analysis.

Islamic lifestyle components explained 37% and spiritual vitality 45.8% of the variance of students' emotional adjustment.
Conclusion: Overall, the results showed that Islamic lifestyle and spiritual vitality were able to predict the emotional adjustment of Farhangian University students.
