Our philosophy is that all research exists to serve humanity. Research is funded by public or institutional resources, and its results should be accessible to all, regardless of geographic, social, or economic boundaries. Therefore, HSME provides full and free online open access to all its content immediately upon publication, without any embargo.
All publication costs are fully supported by Qom University of Medical Sciences. Hence, authors are not required to pay Article Processing Charges (APCs), and all readers can freely download, share, or distribute articles without any restrictions.
