  Health, Spirituality and Medical Ethics   is owned by Qom University of Medical Sciences and co-published by  Negah Institute for Scientific Communication Publisher.  Our philosophy in journals is that all research is for the benefit of human kind and research is the product of investment by society and therefore its fruits should be returned to all people without borders or discrimination, serving society universally and in a transparent fashion. That is why Negah provides online free and open access to all of its research publications. So, all the publishing costs have been supported by Qom University of Medical Sciences, therefore, authors may
    
publish their manuscripts and audiences can download and share the articles, freely.

Under  Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing (June 20, 2003),  Journals are fully compliant with open access mandates, by publishing its articles under the Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY-4.0). Authors retain copyright of their work and can deposit their publication in any repository. This means that articles can be freely redistributed and reused by the author and others as long as the article is properly cited. Published articles in  Journal can be deposited immediately into an online repository or social network without any cost.  Journals articles can be emailed to colleagues, printed, archived in a collection, included in course-packs, and distributed without restrictions.
Authors whose paper have been published in HSME will retain copyright in their articles and will be offered  Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) that allows users to copy, distribute and transmit an article, and adapt the article for any purpose even commercially. Therefore, authors may use their own articles without asking our permission and providing a full reference or web link, as appropriate.
