چکیده:   (613 مشاهده)
هدف: . هدف این تحقیق بررسی رابطه این متغیر مهم با سواد سلامت در میان گروه دختران نوجوان با در نظر گرفتن نگرش آنها نسبت به خودآزمایی سینه است که یکی از مهمترین رفتارهای پیشگیرانه در مورد سرطان سینه محسوب می شود.
مواد و روشها: این تحقیق با روش پیمایشی در میان 600 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر پایه های دهم و یازدهم دبیرستانهای شیراز با استفاده از نمونه گیری خوشه ای متناسب با حجم انجام شده است. داده های تحقیق با استفاده پرسشنامه استاندارد سواد سلامت منتظری و همکاران  و پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی ا پولوتزین و الیسون  جمع آوری شده است. نتایج بدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss تحلیل شده است.
نتایج: نتایج بدست آمده نشان می دهد که اکثریت پاسخگویان سواد سلامت و سلامت معنوی متوسطی داشته اند و بین سواد سلامت و سلامت معنوی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد (32/0 = r). سواد سلامت با تحصیلات مادر و تعلق طبقاتی پایین نیز رابطه معناداری نشان داده است و در نهایت نتایج رگرسیون نشان داده است که سلامت معنوی مهمترین متغیر تبیین کننده واریانس سواد سلامت است.
جمع بندی: بیافته های تحقیق نشان دهنده اهمیت سلامت معنوی در سواد سلامت و نگرش نسبت به رفتارهای سلامتی و پیش گیرانه است. سیاستگذاران باید در طراحی مداخلات پیشگیرانه اهمیت بسیار بیشتری به سلامت معنوی بخصوص در شکل وجودی و دینی غیرمناسکی بدهند.
