سابقه و هدف: رفتارهای غیر مدنی در دانشجویان پرستاری رو به افزایش است و می‌تواند به محیط حرفه‌ای پرستاری منتقل شود. به‌کارگیری استراتژی‌های مناسب برای مدیریت رفتار غیر مدنی، ضروری می‌باشد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر آموزش آداب دانشجویی بر رفتار غیر مدنی دانشجویان پرستاری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم انجام شد.
روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به روش نیمه‌تجربی در ارتباط با دانشجویان سال دوم و سوم پرستاری از بهمن تا اسفند سال 1397 انجام شد. دانشجویان در دو گروه آزمون و کنترل در مطالعه شرکت نمودند. مداخله آموزش آداب دانشجویی در طول چهار هفته انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه رفتار غیر مدنی در آموزش پرستاری استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها به کمک آزمون t مستقل و زوجی انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: میانگین نمرات وقوع رفتار غیر مدنی دانشجویان قبل از مداخله در گروه تجربی و کنترل به ترتیب برابر با 56/10±37/45 و 50/80±13/42 بود. این مقادیر پس از اجرای مداخله معادل 28/13±23/38 و 25/8±94/41 به دست آمد. اختلاف بین میانگین رفتار غیر مدنی گروه مداخله در مراحل قبل و بعد از آموزش، معنادار بود (05/0P<).
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش آداب دانشجویی به روش آزاداندیشی در مدیریت رفتار غیر مدنی مؤثر است؛ از این رو به‌کارگیری این روش در مدیریت رفتار دانشجویان پرستاری پیشنهاد می‌گردد.
