Abstract
Using the phenomenological method, this research examines the views and factors affecting the emergence and increase of spiritual health in people. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the lived experiences of people in the components that help to improve their spiritual health.
method In order to qualitatively understand the views and components affecting the phenomenon of Islamic spiritual health, qualitative approach and phenomenological method were used and it was written with COREQ method. The context of the study were psychology professors and experts who were famous as the elite in the field of spiritual health when conducting the research. Finally, 22 participants participated in the research, one of the professors did not answer the questions despite accepting to attend the interview. The participants were selected by purposive sampling according to the research criteria. Claysey method was used for data analysis.
The findings are divided into 3 main categories under the title of "Remembering God flow", "God forgetfulness flow" (Remembering-Forgetfulness) and "Charity Capacity" as phenomenal views and increasing Islamic spiritual health and four purification categories "Cleaning the mind" ", "purification of remembrance", "purification of action" and "purification of the bed" are introduced as perspectives and components of the phenomenon and increase of Islamic spiritual health.
Discussion and conclusion 1- Islamic spiritual health increases under the influence of the flow of remembrance of God. 2- Islamic spiritual health decreases under the influence of forgetfulness or God (forgetfulness). 3- Islamic spiritual health can be increased by purifying the mind, zikr, action and bed. 4- Increasing the amount of benevolent capacity in people plays a role in increasing Islamic spiritual health
