چکیده
زمینه و هدف:
در فرایند تحول روانی، سالمندی دورهای است که در آن سلامت روانی و بهزیستی روانشناختی اهمیت حیاتی و اساسی دارد. امروزه گردشگری نقش بسیار مهمی در تامین نیازهای فراغتی و درمانی سالمندان ایفا میکند. بدین جهت هدف این مطالعه پیش بینی رضایت از زندگی گردشگران سالمند براساس تجربه معنوی و امیدواری میباشد.
روش بررسی:
مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کمی مقطعی است. داده ها با استفاده از اجرای پیمایش درمیان 384 سالمند دارای 60 سال وبالاتر شهر شیراز در مردادماه 1402 گردآوری شده است. جهت سنجش امیدواری، از پرسشنامه ارایه شده توسط اشنایدر، جهت سنجش رضایت از زندگی از پرسشنامه رضایت از زندگی داینر و جهت سنجش تجربه معنوی مقیاس تجارب معنوی روزانه اندرود و ترسی استفاده گردید. دادههای جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار spss، مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها:
یافتههای پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطه معنادار بین امیدواری و رضایت از زندگی(000/0 :sig) و همچنین تجربه معنوی و رضایت از زندگی گردشگران سالمند(000/0 :sig) بودند. همچنین یافتهها حاکی از این بودند که متغیرهای تجربه معنوی و امیدواری از عوامل مؤثر بر رضایت از زندگی گردشگران سالمند میباشند، ضریب همبستگی بین این دو متغیر 783/0 و دارای سطح معنی داری بسیار بالا(000/0 p=) میباشد. در تحقیق حاضر مشخص شد که نزدیک به 62درصد از واریانس(یا تغییرات) متغیر میزان رضایت از زندگی توسط متغیرهای مستقل تبیین میگردد. نتایج بیانگر این بودند که میانگین میزان رضایت از زندگی مردان بیش از زنان است و رابطه معناداری بین سن و رضایت اززندگی گردشگران سالمند وجود دارد(000/0 :sig).
نتیجه گیری:
تجربه و اعتقادات معنوی در سلامت جسمانی و روانی سالمندان بسیار تاثیرگذارند و نقش بسیار موثری در آرامش بخشی و امیدواری این افراد ایفا میکنند. از آنجا که گردشگری وفعالیت های فراغتی میتوانند نقش موثری در ارتقاء سطح رضایت از زندگی سالمندان ایفا کنند و میزان امیدواری آنها را افزایش دهند، در برنامهریزیها وسیاستگذاری ها این مهم باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
