زمینه و هدف: پذیرش در بیمارستان آسیب پذیری افراد و در نتیجه نیازهای مذهبی و معنوی آنها را افزایش می دهد. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی عنوان و اهداف دوره مراقبت معنوی روحانیون بود. روش کار: این مطالعه کیفی از روش مرور تلفیقی استفاده کرد. اهداف و عنوان دوره با استفاده از روش مرور یکپارچه، با مدل نهایی ایجاد شده با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی و بحث گروهی با متخصصان، تدوین و تایید شد. جامعه آماری شامل روحانیون در سلامت و همچنین مقالات و کتابهای منتشر شده بین سالهای 1393 تا 1391 می باشد. ابتدا مقالات مرتبط با اهداف آموزشی و عنوان دوره مراقبت معنوی گردآوری شد. از مجموع 123 مقاله، 32 مقاله انتخاب شدند. این دوره که به روش دلفی طراحی شده بود، سپس توسط هیئتی متشکل از 13 روحانی مورد بررسی، اصلاح و بررسی قرار گرفت. عنوان و اهداف دوره آموزشی مراقبت معنوی بر اساس یافته های پژوهش تدوین شد. یافته ها: یافته ها 13 هدف و 15 عنوان را برای دوره های آموزشی مراقبت معنوی نشان داد. نتیجه‌گیری: اهداف و سرفصل‌های این مدل مبتنی بر رویکردهای فرهنگی بین‌المللی و محلی است که می‌تواند دغدغه‌های مسئولان وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی را در زمینه تخصص در ارائه خدمات برطرف کند.
