زمینه و هدف: حساسیت اخلاقی از معضلات اخلاقی جلوگیری می کند از زطرفی خودپنداره اخلاقی از طریق انطباق با انتظارات دیگران ایجاد می شود. آموزش پرستاری فرصتی برای درونی سازی حساسیت اخلاقی و ارتقای خودپنداره اخلاقی فراهم می کند، لذا هدف پژوهش حساسیت و خودپنداره اخلاقی در دانشجویان پرستاری و عوامل مرتبط با آن بود.
روش مطالعه: در یک مطالعه نیمه تجربی، کلیه دانشجویان سال آخر پرستاری انتخاب شدند. معیارهای ورود شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی و تمایل به شرکت در مطالعه بود. در جمع آوری دادها از پرسشنامه حساسیت اخلاقی لوتزن، خودپنداره اخلاقی لوتزن استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS، آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی (درصد، میانگین ± انحراف معیار)، تی زوجی و تحلیل واریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اکثر شرکت‌کنندگان (74.4%) زن، (76.9%) مجرد، (48.7%) 23 ساله و (76.9%) در کارگاه‌های اخلاق شرکت کرده‌اند.
میانگین نمره حساسیت اخلاقی دانشجویان قبل از دوره کارورزی در سطح متوسط ​​(61.5 درصد) و پس از آن به سطح بالاتر (76.4 درصد) ارتقا یافت. بین میانگین نمره حساسیت اخلاقی قبل و بعد از کارآموزی تفاوت معناداری وجود  داشت در حالیکه این تفاوت برای میانگین نمره خودپنداره اخلاقی معنی دار نبود. تفاوت بین مفاهیم مطالعه با جنسیت و وضعیت تأهل و سن معنی‌دار نبود،  اما با شرکت در کارگاه اخلاق تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (0.02>p).
تیجه‌ گیری: حساسیت اخلاقی متاثر از شرکت در کارگاه‌های اخلاق است، بنابراین آموزش مستمر می‌تواند در بهبود آن مؤثر باشد.
