چکیده:   (1105 مشاهده)
زمینه و هدف: انسان موجودی اجتماعی است و روابط بین فردی از جمله ویژگی­های رفتاری است که از مولفه­های متعددی تاثیر می­پذیرد . هدف مطالعه حاضر  رابطه بین سبک­های دلبستگی و روابط بین فردی با نقش واسطه­ای هویت اخلاقی بود.
روش: در این پژوهش 200 از ساکنان استان آذربایجان غربی در سال­ 01-1400 به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه­های سبک­های دلبستگی، هویت اخلاقی و روابط بین فردی را به­صورت آنلاین تکمیل نمودند.
یافته ­ها: نتایج به روش ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر با نرم افزارهای SPSS و Amos نشان داد سبک دلبستگی ایمن به­واسطه هویت اخلاقی بر روابط بین فردی تاثیر مثبت، سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی به­واسطه هویت اخلاقی بر روابط بین فردی تاثیر منفی دارد (001/0>p).
نتیجه­ گیری با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده سبک­های دلبستگی می­تواند بر روابط بین فردی تاثیرگذار باشد و و در این میان هویت اخلاقی نیز تاثیر گذار است.
