مشکلات معنوی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در ایران: یک مطالعه کیفی. Health, Spirituality and Medical Ethics. 1398; 7 (1) :9-15

زمینه و هدف: شواهد رو به افزایش حاکی از تأثیرات مخرب معنویت/دین بر بهزیستی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان هستند. این امر مستلزم بررسی محتوای V کد ۶۲.۸۹ در راهنمای تشخیصی آماری اختلالات روانی می‌باشد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی مشکلات معنوی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان ایرانی با در نظر گرفتن باورهای دینی و فرهنگ آن‌ها انجام شد.
روش بررسی: در این پژوهش داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شدند و از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد ترکیبی استفاده گردید. شرکت‌کنندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند و پس از انجام ۱۲ مصاحبه، اشباع داده‌ها حاصل گردید و داده‌ها بر مبنای مدل مقوله‌ای گرانهایم و لاندمن (Graneheim &Lundman ) تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: دو مقوله استخراج شده از داده‌ها، زیر سؤال بردن ارزش‌ها و تردید و مورد سؤال قرار دادن ایمان بود. سه طبقه جستجوی علت معنوی بیماری، عدالت و انصاف الهی و معامله با خدا در مقوله اول جای داشتند و مقوله دوم سه طبقه ارتباط فاقد صمیمت با خدا، سستی رفتارهای دینی و سستی باورهای دینی را شامل می‌شد.
بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، آگاهی و شناخت مشکلات معنوی/دینی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌تواند کمک شایانی به متخصصان حوزه سلامت در راستای مراقبت از بیمارانی کند که نیاز به ارجاع، ارزیابی بیشتر و مداخله مناسب دارند. باید خاطرنشان ساخت که ارزیابی مشکلات معنوی/دینی، اهمیت بسیاری در طراحی مداخلات معنوی و فرهنگی خواهد داشت.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، آگاهی و شناخت مشکلات معنوی/دینی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان پستان می‌تواند کمک شایانی به متخصصان حوزه سلامت در راستای مراقبت از بیمارانی کند که نیاز به ارجاع، ارزیابی بیشتر و مداخله مناسب دارند. باید خاطرنشان ساخت که ارزیابی مشکلات معنوی/دینی، اهمیت بسیاری در طراحی مداخلات معنوی و فرهنگی خواهد داشت.
