مقدمه:
اختلالات خواب دارای شیوع بالایی درجوامع سالمند می باشد. هرگونه اختلال درجریان طبیعی آن، باعث مشکلات روانی و کاهش کارایی فرد میگردد. توجه به نیروهای معنوی درسالمندان به عنوان نیازی است که به آنان آرامش و نشاط می بخشد، لذا سلامت معنوی با ارتقای سلامت عمومی ،که لازمه یک خواب راحت است می تواند کیفیت خواب را درسالمندان بهبود بخشد. بنابراین پژوهشگران برآن شدند تا همبستگی سلامت معنوی را با کیفیت خواب در افراد سالمند بررسی کنند.
روش کار:
این پژوهش مطالعه ای توصیفی تحلیلی مقطعی بود که بر روی 161 نفر از سالمندان در سال 1396 در جهرم انجام گرفت. از پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت معنوی پالوتزین وپرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ استفاده گردید . پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری کای اسکوئر با کمک نرم افزار آماری spss16مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها:
بررسی یافته ها نشان داد که 54 درصدشرکت کنندگان در پژوهش، مرد و میانگین سنی شرکت کنندگان
(5/2 ± 96/62) بوده است. میانگین نمرات سلامت معنوی و کیفیت خواب در واحدهای مورد پژوهش به ترتیب 1/5 ± 62/ 79و5/3 ±53/6 بود. همچنین ارتباط معنی داری بین نمره سلامت معنوی و کیفیت خواب در سالمندان مشاهده نشد(43/0P= ).
نتیجه گیری:
با توجه به اینکه سلامت معنوی اکثریت سالمندان در سطح متوسط قرار داشت و اکثرآنان دچار اختلال خواب بودند لذا توصیه می شود که عوامل مرتبط با ارتقای سلامت معنوی و کیفیت خواب در این قشر از جامعه مدنظر قرار گیرد .
