زمینه وهدف : در مراقبت ودرمان بیماران تحت دیالیز، تجارب معنوی به عنوان یک مکانیسم دفاعی و روش حل مسئله در بحران ها ومشکلاتی که بیماران باآن روبه رو می شوند می تواند سازگاری بابیماری را تسهیل کند. ازاین رو این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای تجارب معنوی در رابطه با قدرت ایگو و سازگاری با بیماری دیالیز صورت گرفت.
روش بررسی: جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی بیماران دیالیزی مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی- پژوهشی بیمارستان ابوعلی سینا شهر شیراز در سال 1398 بود که از این جامعه تعداد 120 نفر به شیوه نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس داده‌ها از طریق مقیاس‌های تجارب معنوی، قدرت ایگو و سازگاری با بیماری جمع‌آوری و به روش مدل معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.
یافته ها :یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که قدرت ایگو با تجارب معنوی و سازگاری با بیماری معنادار می باشد. اما رابطه تجارب معنوی با سازگاری با بیماری معنادار نیست. همچنین اثرات مستقیم و غیرمستقیم متغیرها نشان داد که قدرت ایگو به عنوان متغیر پیش بین و تجارب معنوی به عنوان متغیر واسطه میتوانند سازگاری با بیماری را پیش بینی کنند (01/0P<). اما قدرت ایگو از طریق تجارب معنوی نمیتواند سازگاری با بیماری را پیش بینی کند.
نتیجه گیری :براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد که روان‌شناسان حوزه سلامت در فرایند بهبودبخشی به سازگاری با بیماری، به نقشی که باورهای معنوی معنوی می تواند بر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامتی داشته باشد، توجه کنند.

نتیجه گیری :براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد که روان‌شناسان حوزه سلامت در فرایند بهبودبخشی به سازگاری با بیماری، به نقشی که باورهای معنوی معنوی می تواند بر کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامتی داشته باشد، توجه کنند.
