en عوامل فساد در بیمارستان‌ها و پیشگیری از آن تخصصي Special مروری Review Article <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">مقدمه و هدف:</span></span></strong> <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">فساد یک پدیده پیچیده و چند وجهی است که توسط فردی که قدرت دارد، برای به دست آوردن منافع شخصی صورت می‌گیرد. در این راستا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل فساد در بیمارستان‌ها و پیشگیری از آن انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">روش کار:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> مطالعه مروری حاضر با بهره‌گیری از کتاب‌ها و مقالات مرتبط و جستجوی کلمات کلیدی </span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">&quot;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">فساد، سلامت و بیمارستان</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">&quot;</span></span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> به همراه معادل انگلیسی آن‌ها به صورت جداگانه و همچنین ترکیبی در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> متأسفانه فساد در بیمارستان‌های کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و در حال توسعه، در حال گسترش بوده و راه‌کارهای مقابله با آن روز به روز سخت‌تر و پیچیده‌تر می‌شود. پرداخت‌های غیر رسمی، بیمارستان‌ها را تحت تأثیر خود قرار داده است. بیماران با پرداخت کردن هزینه برای خدماتی که مقرر بوده رایگان باشند باعث سلب اعتماد جامعه نسبت به سیستم درمانی می‌شوند.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"> نقش‌ها و مسئولیت</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">‌</span><span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;">ها در بیمارستان بین تنظیم‌کنندگان، پرداخت‌کنندگان، ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های سلامت، تأمین‌کنندگان و مصرف‌کنندگان به شیوه‌ای تقسیم می‌شوند که تصمیم‌گیری خوب را دشوار می‌سازد؛ حتی زمانی که همه به طور کامل صادق باشند. به بیان دیگر، در سازمان‌هایی که اصل پنهان‌کاری و محرمانگی حکم‌فرما باشد، پیامدی چون فساد را به همراه دارد.</span></span>&nbsp; <span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;"></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <br> <span dir="LTR"></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objectives:</strong> Corruption is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon emerging when people misuse their power for personal gain. The current study aimed to delve into the causes of corruption in hospitals and anti-corruption preventive measures.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this review study, national and international databases were searched using the keywords &ldquo;corruption&rdquo;, &ldquo;health&rdquo; and &ldquo;hospital&rdquo; and their English equivalents, both separately and in conjunction.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In both advanced and developing countries, corruption is on the rise in hospitals and related preventive measures are steadily getting more complicated. In addition, informal payments have affected hospitals and paying for officially free of charge services has led to patients&rsquo; distrust in the healthcare system..<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Allocation of different roles and responsibilities to regulators, payers, healthcare providers, suppliers, and consumers has made good decision-making difficult even with the absolute honesty of all the people involved.
